Quite simply, it brings our skilled team of designers and construction craftsmen great joy to create outdoor spaces that thrill our clients and provide many days of enjoyment. From our initial meeting, to job completion, to the final one year warranty walk through, we will do our very best to make sure we exceed your high expectations.

HOW WE WORK?
Our process is designed to ensure that consideration of what is possible leads to what is desired.
Initial Consultation
We meet at your home to brainstorm landscape design ideas, discuss possibilities and outline rough budgets. We’ll discuss your needs and vision, how you want to use the space, what your expectations are — from the project and from us.
Concept/Design Sketch
Our landscape designer drafts two different, hand-drawn concepts with watercolor to illustrate different layouts, landscape solutions, and new ideas.
Client Reviews
We go over the landscape design with you, making changes as needed and refining the design (retainer/deposit required for detailed design work).
Finalize the Landscape Design
We create a scaled CAD drawing of the landscape design, complete with selected plants / tress and other materials.
Design Approval
You review the final design and approve it!
Construction
Landscape construction contract signed Retainer / deposit for construction work Schedule start dates
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
We are an in-house design and construction company.
The onus will not be on you to find a contractor.
Our principles, designers and owners will be involved every step of the way.
Project commencement 1/2 of total project fee is required
Install landscape elements as per the approved landscape masterplan
Finalize project
Walk through and acceptance
One year walk though and acceptance
